Who we are
ScientologyTok is run by Christians who believe Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. We examine Scientology's teachings and claims directly, and we hold ourselves to one rule: every fact and every quotation must be real, sourced and checkable. We critique teachings, never people. ScientologyTok is not affiliated with the Church of Scientology.
The Bible
All Bible quotations are from the World English Bible (public domain), reproduced word for word.
Scientology's teachings
We describe Scientology's teachings in our own words and name the source: the book and year, or the Church's own published pages. We put only a few short phrases in quotation marks, each one marked "Scientology's own words" with its source. We do not reproduce the Church's confidential materials.
History
Historical and legal claims name their source (for example a court case by its citation, or a book by its author and year). Where the Church and former members give different accounts, we say so in a marked box.
AI
The AI guide is an AI (Claude Haiku 5.5) and is labelled AI everywhere. It holds Christian convictions, never pretends to be a person, and never writes prayers for you.
Testimonies
We never invent testimonies. Stories on this site are shared by members, checked by moderation and approved by a person before they appear, and labelled "Shared by a member, not verified". Our list of public accounts by former members names their books and programmes, and notes that the Church disputes many of them.
Images
Every picture on ScientologyTok is an illustration made with AI and is labelled "Illustration, AI-generated". We never show real people in them.
Trademarks
Scientology, Dianetics and related names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to identify what we are writing about.
